TOPIC:  How Do You Feel About Employee Evaluations? Is it a time to shine or please don’t torture me again!
Exchange Moderators:  Leslie Ojeda and Patty Johnson

ATTENDEE ACTION ITEM:  Managers, bring a sample blank staff evaluation that your practice uses to talk about. It's great to share good ideas with each other! This meeting will be an open discussion on what has and has not worked well for managers. Entertaining, too, if everyone start talking!

Patty Johnson graduated cum laude from Central Missouri State University in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a functional major in Accounting. She obtained her CPA license in 1994 but has always worked in non-traditional accounting positions. She is a numbers person who likes people. She has 21 years experience in management and accounting with the last 15 in healthcare.  She began her healthcare career as the Director of Accounting Services for a large specialty practice and is currently the Administrator for Bary Pointe Family Care.
